Stir Fry Siakap

Fish is a good side dish to eat with rice. I prefer to stir fry fish because this way it maintains the juiciness of the fish fillet. To make it tasty stir fry the fish with Spicy Chilli Oil MadeByNor. 

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes 

Difficulty: Easy

  • 1 ikan siakap (Barramundi)
  • 5 tablespoon Spicy Chilli Oil MadeByNor
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder


Steps 1: Clean  and mix fish with  turmeric powder and salt.

Steps 2: Stir fry the fish Spicy Chilli Oil MadeByNor until cooked on both sides.

Steps 3: Stir Fry Siakap good to eat with Soy Sauce Dip and rice.
