Fish is a good side dish to eat with rice. I prefer to stir fry fish because this way it maintains the juiciness of the fish fillet. To make it tasty stir fry the fish with Spicy Chilli Oil MadeByNor.

Stir Fry Siakap
- 1 ikan siakap (Barramundi)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoon Spicy Chilli Oil
Preparing the fish
Sprinkle the turmeric powder and salt on the fish.
Using finger, spread the turmeric powder and salt evenly on the fish or until the fish fully covered with yellow colour of the turmeric.
Preheat the oil
Using tablespoon, pour the chili oil on the pan. Preheat the oil using medium heat.
Cook the fish
Next, stir-fry the fish until it turns slightly brown or until it cooked for 20 min. Flip it and cooked it on the other side for another twenty minutes.
Once the fish is turn brown similar to picture. Take it out from the pan to serve.
