Easy to cook prawn with Spicy Chili Oil MadeByNor garnish with coconut milk gravy.

Udang Masak Lemak
- 600g prawn
- 5 bird’s eye chillies
- 5 tablespoon Spicy Chilli Oil MadeByNor
- 1 turmeric leaf
- 1 lemongrass
- 4cm fresh turmeric
- 200ml coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 100ml water
- 7 long bean
Steps 1: Clean the prawn and put aside.
Steps 2: Pound the bird’s eye chillies and fresh turmeric.
Steps 3: Tap the lemongrass, slice the turmeric leaf and cut the long bean.
Steps 4: Heat Spicy Chilli Oil and saute the pound mixture and lemongrass.
Steps 5: Put in prawns, long beans and salt. Cook for 4 minutes.
Steps 6: Add in coconut milk and cook until the gravy produces a small bubble.
Steps 7: Udang Masak Lemak is ready to be eaten.
