The aroma of Spicy Chilli Oil makes dried shrimp fried rice nice to eat.  The fried rice is tasty when mixed well with the hot spicy in the oil.

Nasi Goreng Udang Kering

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Spicy Chilli Oil MadeByNor
  • 2 tablespoon dried shrimp (soak for 30 minutes) 
  • 1 cup mix vegetable
  • 1 plate rice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat Spicy Chilli Oil and fry dried shrimp.
  2. Put in rice and mix well.
  3. Add in mix vegetable and salt. Cook for five minutes.
  4. Nasi Goreng Udang Kering is ready.
