Seafood Paprik

The mix veggie fry with prawn and four sauces. The Spicy Chilli Oil MadeByNor reduces the time of cooking but the paprik is tasty.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Spicy Chilli Oil MadeByNor
  • 300g prawn
  • 1 cup cauliflower 
  • 3 baby corn
  • 4 peas
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoon chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 5 cm ginger
  • 2 egg tofu

Instructions

  1. Fry the sliced egg tofu and put aside.
  2. Preheat Spicy Chilli Oil and saute sliced ginger.
  3. Put in prawn, carrot and baby corn.
  4. Add in water and mix well.
  5. Put in chilli sauce, tomato sauce, oyster sauce and soy sauce.
  6. Add in peas, onion and egg tofu.
  7. The seafood paprik is ready.
