- 1 bawal (pomfret)
- 3 red chillies
- 20ml of cooking oil
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoon Spicy Chilli Oil MadeByNor
Steps 1: Clean and mix fish with turmeric powder and salt.
Steps 2: Stir fry the fish until cooked.
Steps 3: Blend chillies with salt.
Steps 4: Heat the Spicy Chilli Oil MadeByNor on the pan and saute the blended chillies.
Steps 5: Add the fried fish in the mixture and mix for a while.
Steps 6: Hot Chilli Fish or Bawal Berlada is ready to be eaten with rice.
