Traditionally, curry is a bit messy to make. The Spicy Chilli Oil MadeByNor simplifies the method but the same result as you make it through a complicated way.

Kari Ikan Spicy Chilli Oil
- 5 tablespoon Spicy Chili Oil MadeByNor
- 2 pieces ikan tenggiri
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 200ml coconut milk
- 150ml water
- 5 lady’s fingers
- ½ cup fish curry powder
- Curry leaves
- 2 tamarind slices
Steps 1: Clean the fish and slice the lady’s finger.
Steps 2: Mix curry powder with little water to make a paste.
Steps 3: Heat Spicy Chilli Oil and saute the curry paste with curry leaves.
Steps 4: Add water and put the fish in the mixture.
Steps 5: Add in lady’s fingers and tamarind slice.
Steps 6: Pour in coconut milk, water and salt. Mix well.
Steps 7: Fish Curry is ready.
