With no hassle in the kitchen, fried rice can be served easily with the help of Spicy Chilli Oil.
Within less than half an hour you will get a gourmet type of rice.
This recipe is one of the variety of fried rice that we make.

Nasi Goreng Spicy Chilli Oil
- 2 piece of fish cake
- 6 fish ball
- 3 lady’s fingers
- 4 tablespoon Spicy Chili Oil
- 1 cups cook rice
- 1tablespoon fish sauce
Preparing the ingredients
Slice fish cake, fish ball and lady’s finger.
Sautéing the ingredients
Preheat Spicy Chilli Oil until fragrance.
Place in the fish cakes and fish balls. Let it cook until it blend together with the spicy chili oil.
Or until the fish ball and fish cake turned slightly brown.
Add in lady’s fingers. Let the lady fingers mix well with the fish cake and fish ball. Cook for about 3-4 mins.
Adding the rice together
Placed in the rice. Let the rice mix evenly with the earlier ingredients. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Then, add in fish sauce. Mix it together for 5 mins until the fish sauce, rice and earlier ingredients blend together.
Fried rice or Nasi Goreng is ready.
