Simple cupcakes

Vanilla

Petite chocolate chips give a contrasting look to our signature vanilla cupcake.

Ingredients: coconut oil, fine sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, wheat flour, baking powder, chocolate chips and salt.

Almond

Almond silvered on the top of cocoa cupcakes.

Ingredients: coconut oil, fine sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, wheat flour, baking powder, almond silvered, cocoa powder and salt.

Marble

The marble cupcake is two coloured cupcakes streaked with vanilla and cocoa.

Ingredients: coconut oil, fine sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, wheat flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt.

Sprinkle Cupcakes

Red Velvet

The red colour is mixed with dark cocoa powder, producing an original taste of red velvet.

Ingredients: coconut oil, fine sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, wheat flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, red colouring and salt. Custard cream as a topping.

Strawberry cupcake

The fruity sweet taste of strawberry cupcakes with spots of strawberry jam. For finishing this rich cupcake beautify with lovely custard cream roses.

Ingredients: coconut oil, fine sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, wheat flour, baking powder, strawberry jam and salt.

Orange Chocolate Rice

Vanilla sprawled with orange filling in between. As a finish to the cupcake with chocolate spread and sprinkled chocolate rice. 

Ingredients: coconut oil, fine sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, wheat flour, baking powder, salt, orange fillings, chocolate spread and chocolate rice.

Pandan

Using pandan extract. We also flavoured the top with chocolate spread and sprinkle it with chocolate rice.

Ingredients: coconut oil, fine sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, wheat flour, baking powder, salt, pandan extract, chocolate spread and chocolate rice.

Where to get the cupcakes

The cupcakes are available daily at mini-mart and a sundry shop.

  2. Jiya Fresh and Mini Mart, Sunway Batu Caves
  3. D’Putra Shoppe, Hospital Selayang

Currently, three flavours are available at these premises : Vanilla, Marble and Almond.

Storage

At room temperature, there are three flavours that can last for 12 days are Vanilla, Almond and Marble.

Five flavours last for five days: Blueberry, Strawberry, Pandan, Red Velvet, and Orange Chocolate Rice.

To keep it fresh, you may store it in the refrigerator. Preheat the cupcake in the microwave for 10 seconds upon serving.
