Sup Lala

Lala, a popular dish in Malaysian communities, can be cooked using  Spicy Chilli Oil MadeByNor. The fast way to cook lala at home makes your cooking a lot easier. It just take 15 minutes of your time.

Ingredients

  • 1kg lala clams
  • 4 tablespoon Spicy Chili Oil MadeByNor 
  • 2 red chillies
  • 1 lemongrass
  • Water

Instructions

Steps 1: Clean lala clam and tap lemongrass.

Steps 2: Heat the Spicy Chilli Oil MadeByNor in moderate heat.

Steps 3: Saute the lemongrass until fragrance.

Steps 4: Put in lala, slice chillies, water  and salt. Mix well for 6 minutes.

Steps 5: Lala Soup  is ready.
