Q: Where is COCAKERY located?

A: COCAKERY is a bakery business operating from Bandar Baru Selayang Fasa 2B.

Q: Do you have a physical shop?

A: Yes. Our physical shop is currently under renovation. Currently we operate with production kitchen only. You can pre-order online by sending WhatsApp to us.

2. Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I place an order ?

A: You can order through clicking button order now at our website. This button will link to our WhatsApp number and you can place the order from there.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept bank transfer for order through our website. While for our physical shop we will accept cash and payment using QR code for walk in purchase.

Q: Do I need to place an order in advance ?

A: Yes, we accept orders for special occasions or events. Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements and place your order.

Please place your order at least 3 days in advance. We don’t open for same day order.

3. Delivery & Pick Up

Q: Do you offer delivery ?

A: No. We only open for pick up.

4. Products & Ingredients

Q: Do you offer gluten free or lactose-free products ?

A: No. We used to offer gluten free cupcakes and tart nenas.

However, now, we are exploring new ideas and recipes for mass market only, so stay tuned for updates on our product offerings.

Q: How should I store the cakes and cupcake ?

A: Keep cupcakes and cakes refrigerated for freshness.

5. Custom Orders & Bulk Orders

Q: Do you make custom cupcakes ?

Yes. We accept custom cupcakes order for kindergarten events, birthday party and family gatherings. Contact us for details.
